Dr. Madjid Tavana is Professor and Lindback Distinguished Chair of Business Analytics at La Salle University, where he serves as Chairman of the Business Systems and Analytics Department. He also holds an Honorary Professorship in Business Information Systems at the University of Paderborn in Germany. Dr. Tavana is Distinguished Research Fellow at the Kennedy Space Center, the Johnson Space Center, the Naval Research Laboratory at Stennis Space Center, and the Air Force Research Laboratory. He was recently honored with the prestigious Space Act Award by NASA. He holds an MBA, PMIS, and PhD in Management Information Systems and received his Post-Doctoral Diploma in Strategic Information Systems from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He has published 12 books and over 250 research papers in international scholarly academic journals. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Decision Analytics, International Journal of Applied Decision Sciences, International Journal of Management and Decision Making, International Journal of Communication Networks and Distributed Systems, International Journal of Knowledge Engineering and Data Mining, International Journal of Strategic Decision Sciences and International Journal of Enterprise Information Systems.

Taosheng Wang is a doctor, professor of Applied Economics (International Trade Direction), specialist of General Office of the State Council, director of Chinese Society of World Economy, Vice Chairman of the Expert Committee of China Association of Trade in Service, master tutor. He is the dean of School of Business of Hunan International Economics University, chief expert of the provincial-level social science key research base. He is also foregoer of provincial-level key construction course ‘International Trade’, provincial-level teaching team ‘International Trade’, provincial-level characteristic specialty ‘International Economics and Trade‘. His main research areas are international economic and trade theory and policy; institutional innovation and international trade; international competitive advantage and competitive strategy.

Prof. Man-Lai Tang received his BSc in Mathematics and MPhil in Statistics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1988 and 1991, respectively. He obtained his PhD in Biostatistics from the University of California in Los Angeles in 1995. He worked at Brown University and Harvard University. Prior to joining the HSUHK, he worked at the Hong Kong Baptist University. Prof. Tang has published over 120 articles in statistics and biostatistics, and he is an elected member of the International Statistical Institute and serves on the editorial boards of several international statistics, mathematics and medical informatics journals. He is the Associate Dean of the School of Decision Sciences, and the Head of the Department of Mathematics, Statistics and Insurance, and the Director of the Big Data Intelligence Centre at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK).

Dr. Srikanta Patnaik is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, SOA University, Bhubaneswar, India. He has received his Ph. D. Tech theses in the area of Machine Intelligence, Soft Computing Applications and Re-Engineering. Prof.Dr. Andrew W. H. Ip

Prof. Andrew W. H. Ip received his PhD from Loughborough University (U.K.), MBA from Brunel University (U.K.), MSc in Industrial Engineering from Cranfield University (U.K.), and LLB (Hons) from the University of Wolverhampton (U.K.). Dr Ip was awarded in 2015 “Gold Medal with the Congratulations of Jury” and “Thailand Award for Best International Invention” in the 43rd International Exhibition of Geneva, and he was awarded the “Natural Science Award ” in 2013 Ministry of Education Higher Education Outstanding Scientific Research Output Awards by the Ministry of Education of Mainland China. Dr. Ip is visiting professor of Civil Aviation University of China, South China Normal University, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and Honorary Fellow of the University Warwick, Warwick Manufacturing Group. He is Professor Emeritus and adjunct professor of Mechanical Engineering, University of Saskatchewan and principal research fellow of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a chartered engineer, senior member of IEEE and member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, and members of various professional bodies in mechanical and electrical engineering. He is Editor in Chief of the journal of Enterprise Information System (SCI index), Taylor & Francis; Founder & Editor in Chief of International Journal of Engineering Business Management (ESCI & SCOPUS index), SAGE.
Dr Stephen Ng

Dr Ng has more than twenty years of experience in delivering public and in-company training programs related to management development, 5-S, ISO9000 and TQM and business process reengineering. Stephen has publications in scholarly journals including Decision Sciences, International Journal of Production Research, International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Operations and Production Management, and International Journal of Applied Analytics (Interfaces). He also got a case writing award in the 20th Annual POMS Conference 2009 and Case Centre’s Award in 2014/15. Dr Wu holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial and Systems Engineering, and a PhD in Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering. He also holds a six sigma black belt certification from the Hong Kong Society of Quality and he contributes regularly to research papers in the areas of Internet of Things, Engineering Optimisation and Healthcare Applications. His project works and research outcomes have been presented in 10+ international conferences and published in 50+ international refereed journals, such as Information Science, Applied Soft Computing, International Journal of Production Research, Internet Research, Expert Systems with Applications, Industrial Management and Data Systems, etc. Additionally, Dr Wu serves on the editorial boards of the International Journal of Engineering Business Management, Journal of Organizational and End User Computing, and Enterprise Information Systems. During the years of research, Dr Ho has published over 120 international journals and conference papers in well-known journals such as “International Journal of Production Economics”, “Decision Support Systems”, “Industrial Management and Data Systems”, “International Journal of Production Research”, and “Expert Systems with Application”; more than 70 of them are SCI/SSCI listed. He also scores a 25 h-index for publications. Prof.Dr. Kris Law

Dr. Kris Law is currently the Associate Professor in Engineering Management and Education, in the School of Engineering, Deakin University, Australia. She also holds a Docentship (adjunct professorship) in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management, Oulu University in Finland.
Dr. Law obtained her PhD in Organization Learning and MPhil in Machining Processes as well a first degree in Industrial Engineering, at the City University of Hong Kong. She undertook a post-doctoral research scholarship in the National Taiwan University on a regional high-tech industry study and took up a visiting researcher position at the Graduate Institute of Industrial Engineering, National Taiwan University (2009-2011).
Her expertise lies in Organizational Learning and Development (OLD), Technological Innovation and Entrepreneurship (TIE), Engineering Education, and Smart Industrial Initiatives (SII). She has been invited as a visiting scholar in different countries, such as Taiwan, Thailand and Europe (Finland and Slovenia), and has been active as a professional OL consultant promoting project-based action learning (PAL) in high-tech organizations.

Prof. Dr. Isaac Kofi Mensah

Dr. Isaac Kofi Mensah is an Associate Professor at the School of Economics and Management, Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, Ganzhou, Jiangxi, China. He is also the Founder and President of the Africa-Asia Dialogue Network (AADN), a Think Tank for global research and advocacy. He received his Ph.D. in Public Administration from the School of Management, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, Heilongjiang, China. He received a Post Graduate Certificate in Public Administration (CPA) from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Accra, Ghana. He got his Master’s Degree from Hunan University located in Hunan Province, Changsha, China, and Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Ghana, Accra, Ghana. He has diverse and multidisciplinary research interests due to his constant quest for new knowledge and contribution to the academic discourse as a researcher.
